Named Microsoft Mobile Solutions Challenge - Best Development Tool
April 2, 2003 (Paris) -- Microsoft Corporation today announced that NS Basic/CE has won the Microsoft Mobile Solutions Challenge - Best Development Tool. The award was given at the Microsoft Mobility Developer Conference here in Paris.
Judging was done by a panel consisting of two Microsoft executives and three industry experts selected by Microsoft. It is based on completeness of each entry, how well the solution matches the description for the award category, and the compelling business value of the product or solution. The entry must have tangible, measurable business benefits.
