NS BASIC Corporation releases NS Basic/Desktop 2.5!

New features include API Calls, Code Modules

June 27, 2006 -- NS Basic Corporation today announced the immediate availability of NS Basic/Desktop 2.5, a development tool for creating Windows XP and Windows 2000 applications. It includes more that 40 new features and fixes.

Major new features include the ability to call system API functions, support for code modules (such as .txt, .cod or .bas files), multiple, stretchy windows and new samples. API calls are accomplished with a mechanism very similar to VB6, so that existing code samples can be easily ported.
