NS BASIC announces upgrades for NS Basic/Palm 3.0

Specials make it easy for existing users to Upgrade

October 15, 2002 -- NS BASIC Corporation today announced upgrade pricing for existing users to NS Basic/Palm 3.0. The upgrades include limited time specials.

The new version features improved performance, new features and is ready for the Palm OS 5.0 devices about to be shipped by PalmSource's licencees. The new rev also adds support for add in memory cards, which are increasingly popular on Palm OS devices.

"Our customer base is one of the most enthusiastic and loyal in the industry", said George Henne, President of NS BASIC Corporation. "It's important to us that we provide a reasonably priced upgrade path to the new version."

Users who purchased the new version after August 15, 2002 are entitled to the new version at no charge. Users who bought the product earlier can buy the new version for a reduced price.

To fit the needs of different users, there are three upgrade options. All feature immediate download of the new software.

These special prices are in effect until November 15, 2002.
