Because of graphics, sounds and actions, game entries are always fun to judge. This time we received fewer entries for the Games category but all of them are high quality applications. You can find neat ideas and tricks here and easily spend hours playing these games.

ProgBull by mizuno-ami
The objective of this game is to move two rocks to the goal by operating a bulldozer. However, instead of directly operating it, the player programs the bulldozer's moves.

Judge's Comments: It's an interesting game. You will get satisfaction when your job is done and you get your commission. The translations are not great, but the graphics are.

This is a simple game based on destroying columns of 'Bubbles' before you crash into them.

Judge's Comments: Simple game but you can't stop playing. It's tough to clear the first level.


FlipCard by Tan Thoo Song
FlipCard is a simple game that uses your memorizing power, e.g. 12-pair tiles game,you have to look for 12-pair similar looking tiles in order to win the game. as for 3-pair tiles game, you have to get 3 identical pairs in order to win the game.

Judge's Comments: Good memory training game for everybody. Cute card graphics.

Gorilla by Kurt
Gorilla resembles computer games that have been enjoyed by many computer gamers since the early days of DOS. At the first screen enter both player's names, the number of matches, and the planet on which you want to play.

Judge's Comments: It's fun! Good for two players to compete each other.

MindReader by Dan Leland
It's a Palm implementation of The Flash Mindreader puzzle created by Andy Naughton in the UK.

Judge's Comments: Good trick. It would be nice if there were more puzzles.

The Towers of Hanoi by John Hatfield
The object of the game is to move the seven disks to either of the outer posts. Move one disk at a time and only by putting a smaller disk on top of a larger one.

Judge's Comments: A simple program. Use of multiple colors would be better to distinguish disks.
